FITNESS TESTING

Why do I need to complete fitness tests?

Don't be worried!  These are just some basic benchmark tests that we ask you to complete so that your fitness progress can be tracked.  All we ask is that you do your best!

You will need to come back and CLICK submit to enter your results.

If more than one person is submitting then once you've loaded the first person's results, simply refresh the page and enter the next person's.

 Steps to complete your fitness tests
1.  Click, download and print the Level 1 - Fitness Test Outline pdf
2.  Scroll down to watch each video for each exercise - squat, push up and plank
3.  Take the next 7 days to complete each test
4.  Record your results on the sheet you printed. 
5.  Once you've recorded your results then return to the page and click the orange button below - Submit Fitness Test Results.
